Before selecting couples, our mentors undergo mandatory training on communication with vulnerable categories of people and pass a test.

All Volnyja initiative mentors are outside Belarus for our common safety.

First we get to know each person (Volunteer/mentor) personally, and then we double-check the details to make sure it's safe for all parties involved.
