Who is the Mentor?
The mentor in Volnyja initiative is a volunteer who provides advisory support to one of Volnyja based on the developed guide and algorithm.
Why should you join the Volnyja initiative as the mentor?

The path of the mentor
Filling out the questionnaire
Welcome meeting with members of the initiative team
Training (~3 hours):
• lessons on communication with Volnyja;
• guides on opportunities for Volnyja;
• test
An interview with a psychologist to determine the opportunities and desires of the mentor
Getting to know Volnyja (but we always continue to support and answer any mentoring questions)
