Article and history of detention

In December 2021, Zmicier was arrested and the equipment was confiscated. In 2022, he was charged under Art. 342 Part 1 of the Criminal Code and sentenced to 2 years and 6 months of restriction of liberty with referral to an open institution. After a fruitless appeal, the guy left Belarus in an emergency.
